Description of problem:
tpm2-abrmd depends on tpm2-tss-devel instead of tpm2-tss

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
tpm2-abrmd-1.1.0-9.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -q --requires tpm2-abrmd | grep tss
2.
3.

Actual results:
tpm2-tss-devel(x86-64) >= 1.1.0-1.el7

Expected results:
tpm2-tss(x86-64) >= 1.1.0-1.el7

Additional info:
tpm2-tss-devel brings tpm2-tss with its own dependencies, so things work .. except unnecessary packages are installed in the system

Looks fixed in RHEL-7.7-20190614.n.0 Server x86_64:
# rpm -q --requires tpm2-abrmd | grep tss
tpm2-tss(x86-64) >= 1.4.0-1.el7
# rpm -q tpm2-abrmd
tpm2-abrmd-1.1.0-11.el7.x86_64
