Comment 8 Gregg Tanzillo 2018-09-13 13:33:20 UTC
I took a quick look at the logs attached to the support case and do not see any errors related to the chargeback rates accordion.

Would it be possible to get a DB dump from the customer to see if we can recreate here?

Comment 9 Yuri Rudman 2018-09-13 20:08:36 UTC
Niladri, it is not visible on screenshot which user was used.
Could you find out if product features "Cloud Intel -> Chargeback -> Rates -> Add|Copy|Delete|Edit" enabled to the role that user belongs to ?
It could be found on Configuration->Access Control->Roles->(Select Role)
Screenshot of it would be helpful

Looking at full screenshot - there is no Rates subtree with "Compute" and "Storage" in the accordion, but "Compute" and "Storage" are present on right side, in the table.
Does everything works when clicking on those entries into rates ?

Closing this as current_release. We tested this in the 5.9.5 release, a clone was created and verified on 5.9.5. If issues exist, regression testing should catch.

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1637720 and 5.10 is already GA.
