When I try to install gcc-4.0.1 on rawhinde, apr-devel complaint to need gcc-4.0.0.

After I have make a rebuild from the Source RPM and installed the built RPM,
this issue didn't occured anymore.

It's seems, that apr-0.9.6-4 will not coused this problem.
