Description of problem:
When attempting to suspend I get the message "Freezing of tasks failed...". The computer then loads the sign on screen.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Kernel: 4.17.19-100.fc27.x86_64
Systemd: 234.11

How reproducible:
Occurs every time I try to suspend.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose suspend from KDE menu
2. Wait

Actual results:
Suspend fails and sign on screen appears.

Expected results:
Computer suspends.

Fixed after updating to kernel 4.18.12-200.fc28.x86_64 and systemd 238
