Description of problem:

Installing dkms using dnf install kernel-debug-devel as dependency

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

dkms-2.6.1-2.fc29.noarch.rpm

How reproducible:

Just dnf install dkms

Actual results:

kernel-debug-devel is installed as dependency

Expected results:

There is no need of kernel-debug-devel
