Description Lukas Zapletal 2018-09-19 13:21:11 UTC
It's not possible to configure rsyslog for sending data over to elasticsearch.

type=AVC msg=audit(1537362617.548:64936): avc:  denied  { name_connect } for  pid=29975 comm=72733A6D61696E20513A526567 dest=9200 scontext=system_u:system_r:syslogd_t:s0 tcontext=system_u:object_r:unreserved_port_t:s0 tclass=tcp_socket

The only chance is to compile own policy.

This is a request to either add ES port and allow rsyslog connecting to it via boolean, or at least provide boolean for connecting everywhere just like http_t have (http_can_connect_all). Thanks.
