+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1613915 +++

We are considering removing the DMI to PCI bridge device (added in 7.5), to:
1) discourage usage of legacy PCI devices on Q35;
2) encourage use of pcie-pci-bridge instead, when using legacy PCI devices.
