This version fails to build from source even without new qpdf - here is the log https://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/results/zdohnal/qpdf/fedora-rawhide-x86_64/00802199-python-pikepdf/build.log.gz

The old python-pikepdf can be built even with new qpdf.
