This bug has been fixed in the GNU binutils development sources and will be in
the next official release (2.32).

Since the CVE only affects file containing specially crafted, corrupt, DWARF 
debug information, it will never affect normal users or developers.

Since the only thing that the CVE can do is to make the tool using the BFD 
library terminate with a segmentation fault, it is not serious to be worth
backporting a fix to F28.
