Description of problem:
inotify device doesn't be created  automatically.

$dmesg | grep inotify
inotify syscall
SELinux: initialized (dev inotifyfs, type inotifyfs), uses genfs_contexts

$cat /etc/udev/rules.d/50-udev.rules | grep inotify

no sysfs announcement for the inotifyfs device ??

there is no inotify device. it uses a syscall.
