Description of problem:
the named initscripts beleives /usr/bin/kill exists. should be replaced by 
bash builtin kill.

bind-9.3.1-6.FC4

How reproducible:
Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get into a situation where rndc fails 
2. service named reload 
 
   

Actual Results:  Reloading named: /etc/init.d/named: line 153: /usr/bin/kill: No such file or 
directory 
 

Expected Results:  named reloaded

This bug is now fixed with bind-9.3.1-8.FC4.
