Description Carl George 🤠 2018-09-28 20:53:22 UTC
Description of problem:
The sagemath package has a requirement on python2-prompt_toolkit. I'm working on a backwards-incompatible prompt_toolkit update (1.x.x to 2.x.x) in rawhide. Is sagemath compatible with prompt_toolkit 2?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sagemath-0:8.3-1.fc30

Comment 1 Carl George 🤠 2018-10-02 16:58:08 UTC
I've decided to only do the backwards-incompatible 2.x.x update with the python3 package, and split off the python2 package so it can remain on 1.x.x. Since sagemath is using python2 it should be able to stay the same for now.
