Description of problem:
When trying to install nextcloud nginx nextcloud-nginx, installation fails on 
resolving conflicts as package php-composer(ircmaxell/password-compat) is not available.

How reproducible:
Installing nextcloud

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install nextcloud

Actual results:
Installation fails on dependencies

Expected results:
Nextcloud is installed

[root@localhost ~]# dnf install nginx nextcloud-nginx

Same problem for me. Same thing happens for 'dnf install owncloud'.

Can confirm for owncloud and nextcloud after a fresh installation

A temporary workaround may be installing php-password-compat rpm from CentOS repository.
