Section Number and Name: Chapter 3. Configuring Provisioning Resources

Describe the issue: This chapter needs to be realigned and rewritten to break the narrative structure, to remove any references to ACME or the scenario. 

Suggestions for improvement: Rewrite as topics, remove references to ACME and delete the thread of the narrative throughout this chapter.
