Description of problem:
After fixing https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1540167, httpd is failing to build successfully. libnghttp2 is not detected, because packge-config can not find libnghttp2 in buildroot (after fixing #1540167, libnghttp2 is renamed to httpd24-libnghttp2).

- build httpd24-httpd

Actual results:
- httpd24-httpd is not built, because mod_http2 is configured but not built, because libnghttp2 is not found in buildroot.

Expected results:
- httpd24-httpd is successfully built.
