Steps to reproduce:
An Overcloud deployment failed in the middle. Came to check the status:

The output from 'openstack overcloud status --plan overcloud' should indicate failure.

Is this environment still available?  Are there any failures reported in /var/lib/mistral/overcloud/ansible.log ?

The environment is not available anymore.
/var/lib/mistral/overcloud/ansible.log didn't exist.
