I don't want to ship lorax-composer for f29 with the old cmdline tool name, or with image creation that builds images with no root password.

I'll pick over the commits needed to catch f29 up with master.

These commits will *not* touch any of the lorax code, these are only for the lorax-composer subpackage.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 29-final by Fedora user bcl using the blocker tracking app because:

 I don't want to ship lorax-composer for f29 with the old cmdline tool name, or with image creation that builds images with no root password.

The decision to classify this bug as an AcceptedFreezeException was made:

"As this does not affect critical functionality, we're fine with letting bcl change it now if he needs to"
