Description of problem:
After file rename "composer-cli" to "composer"
file conflicts appear with package "composer".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

composer-cli >= 30.0-1
composer-1.7.2-1.fc30.noarch

How reproducible:
Always.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -Uvh --test composer-cli-30.2-1.fc30.x86_64.rpm

Actual results:
file /usr/bin/composer from install of composer-cli-30.2-1.fc30.x86_64 conflicts with file from package composer-1.7.2-1.fc30.noarch

Expected results:
No conflicts.
