The only EPEL build of python-paramiko is in EPEL-7, and that package tracks the python-paramiko package in EL-7 Extras (for full architecture support and Python 3 support).

Presumably there is a tracking bug for that package but I don't know which one it is because it's a private bug and I can't read it.

Anyway, this bug will be addressed if/when an update appears in the c7-extras branch of CentOS git.
