Cause: The index file of an indexed attribute can contain be empty. For example if all existing values have been deleted. Consequence: a lookup in the index returns an empty IDL and a erroneously alarming message is logged Fix: do not log the erroneously alarming message Result: No more erroneous alamaing message

Description of problem:

we can see in some searches the message:

CRIT - list_candidates - NULL idl was recieved from filter_candidates_ext.
CRIT - list_candidates - Falling back to empty IDL set. This may affect your search results.

which in fact, is not critical. This could provoke some confusion in customers.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHEL-7.5 version.
