Description of problem:
RHOSP 14 version name is showing Queens instead of Rocky in /etc/rhosp-release

How reproducible:
Every time 
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to Undercloud node
2. cat /etc/rhosp-release
3.

Actual results:
[root@undercloud-0 ~]# cat /etc/rhosp-release 
Red Hat OpenStack Platform release 14.0 Beta (Queens)

Expected results:

[root@undercloud-0 ~]# cat /etc/rhosp-release 
Red Hat OpenStack Platform release 14.0 Beta (Rocky)
