Description Siamak Sadeghianfar 2018-10-12 09:51:07 UTC
Creating a new instance of a service via OLM leads to page not found error.

Here the steps I followed for MongoDB in the ops console:
1. In "Catalog Resources", click on "Create Subscription" button for MongoDB
2. Verified that the MongoDB operator is up and running in the selected project
3. In "Cluster Service Versions > "Mongo DB", clicked on "Create New" button and then "MongoDB Standalone"
4. A "404: Page Not Found" is displayed

I got the same result for A-MQ Streams.

OpenShift Master:
v3.11.16
Kubernetes Master:
v1.11.0+d4cacc0
OpenShift Web Console:
v3.11.16

It works correctly for the Prometheus operator
