Hi,

Currently there is a typo in man/rpc_secure.3t preventing the publickey parameter of the authdes_pk_create() function to be displayed in the manpage

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle.
Changing version to '31'.
