Note that, glusterfs RPMs doesn't change /etc/redhat-storage-release file. Should be part of build/distribution! Are there other ways to identify the version / release ? I guess it is important to understand whether it is 3.4.1 or 3.4.2 etc . right ? As per the bug updates and patch see that the changes has been implemented On previous build - glusterfs-server-3.12.2-23.el6rhs.x86_64 ============================================================ [root@dhcp37-150 ~]# cat /etc/redhat-storage-release Red Hat Gluster Storage Server 3.4.0 Build - glusterfs-server-3.12.2-25.el6rhs.x86_64 ================================================= [root@dhcp37-150 yum.repos.d]# cat /etc/redhat-storage-release Red Hat Gluster Storage Server 3.4 Hence closing the bug as verified. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
