Description of problem: Create a new Zone, and try to change zone for existing server.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.9.5.2.20181015201954_5f1530c


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new zone
2. Change Zone for existing server(Move Server to Newly created Zone.)
3.

Actual results: Save button not get enabled stays grayed out.


Expected results: Save Button should be enable.
