This bug has been copied from bug #1521077 and has been proposed to be backported to 7.5 z-stream (EUS).

Request you to report new bugzilla for Gnome Rebase request from 7.6.0 to 7.5.z  to get new OSK working.

I think you can clone the bug 1567133 to be fixed in 7.5.z as you like to see OSK issues fixed in 7.5.z as well.
