When a single node deployment was created using the Cockpit UI, the UI indicated that the volume created was replicated when the volume was actually distributed. This has been corrected and the UI now correctly shows a distributed volume for this deployment type.

For the single node deployment, the volume type and arbiter columns are not really makes any meaning and  not required, as the deployment is going to make use of only one node.

These columns 'volume type' & 'arbiter' should be removed, if the deployment is for single node deployment

The volume type is set as distribute and the arbiter checkbox column is sealed .
Hence moving the bug to verified state.
