Description of problem:

In single-node deployment, UI shows volume type of replicate, but what is actually created is a single brick distributed volume.

We should ensure that distributed is the default value shown for single-node deployments, or alternatively we could remove the volume type and arbiter fields entirely for this deployment type.

Additional information
-----------------------

For the single node deployment, the volume type and arbiter columns are not really makes any meaning and  not required, as the deployment is going to make use of only one node.

These columns 'volume type' & 'arbiter' should be removed, if the deployment is for single node deployment

This bug has not been marked as blocker for oVirt 4.3.0.
Since we are releasing it tomorrow, January 29th, this bug has been re-targeted to 4.3.1.

The volume type is set as distribute and the arbiter checkbox column is sealed .
Hence moving the bug to verified state.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.3.2 release, published on March 19th 2019.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.3.2 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
