Section Number and Name:  5.1.7. Configuration File

Describe the issue: Identified text and configuration file options that needs to be added and removed in the 5.1.7. Configuration File section. The identified modifications are: 

1. Removing the statement "With the new release of gdeploy the configuration file has added many more sections and has enhanced the variables in the existing sections."

2.Adding the option 'peer' into the supported configuration file options. 

3. Removing 'brick_dirs' and 'host-specific-data'. We don't support these options any longer
