F29 Anaconda source spoke showing the updates checkbox

The checkbox in the Anaconda GUI, which can be used to toggle the updates repositories during the installation run on and off is a negative one:

- unchecked -> do enable updates repos
- checked -> disable updates repos

This is frankly pretty confusing, not readily apparent and the opposite of what users expect.

So let's turn things around and make the checkbox a positive one:

- checked -> updates repos enabled
- unchecked -> updates repos disabled
