Ambiguity of below statement.

"Do not perform in-service software upgrade when the I/O or load is high on the Red Hat Gluster Storage server. "


Suggestions for improvement: 

Additional information: 

Need much more clarity in above statement. As an end user, is there any threshold value/parameter value where I can consider the load is high.

I am unable to find any difference between the original guide and the stage link,
Please point to me the new changes done to the guide,
