Description of problem:
When running `sudo dnf system-upgrade download --refresh --releasever=29` to download the new packages I got the following error when veriffying transactions:

  file /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/uantwerpendocs/uantwerpencoursetext.cls from texlive-uantwerpendocs-8:svn48061-20.fc29.noarch conflicts with texlive-uantwerpe-docs-6:svn40826-52.fc28.2.noarch

oh i found something : the package is called "texlive-uantwerpe-docs.noarch" in f28 and "texlive-uantwerpendocs" in f29, hence the upgrade is not straight forward ! 
Typo in the package name ? Who should I forward this to ?
