Section Number and Name: There are not instruction in the documentation about how to enable heketi-metrics with OCP3.11 since Prometheus works with ServiceMonitors and not configmaps like OCP 3.10 

Describe the issue: If you don't create ServiceMonitor for heketi metrics are not working in Prometheus 

Suggestions for improvement: Please work and consolidate a process about how to enable heketi metrics in OCP3.11 with OCS3.10-3.11
