Description of problem:
A user find that TRACE method is enabled in apache.
We need to track https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1801298

Hello Rabi,

In upstream, master and stable/rocky branches were merged status.
Could you consider to backport the fix into RHOSP13?

I confirmed that the gerrit for stable/queens branch was merged status.
Could you please open an internal gerrit to merge the fix in stable/queens branch into RHOSP13?
