Description of problem:
Please update resources related to A-MQ image.

Tested on online-stg cluster

https://api.online-stg.openshift.com

Template version: 1.4.12 | expected: 1.14.17
Old ImageStream tag: 1.3 | expected: 1.4
ImageStream `jboss-amq63` is missing tag: [1.4]

Additional info:
The above listed problems can be resolved by using latest tagged resources.

The latest resources are available in tag `ose-v1.4.17`

Closing this bug due to OpenShift versions < 3.11 exiting the full support phase. If this bug is still impacting releases >= 3.11 and your use cases, please reopen with those additional details and update the target release where you are impacted on a fully supported version of OpenShift.
