Doc Text:	This enhancement adds the boolean parameter `NovaLibvirtVolumeUseMultipath`, which provides a value for the multipath configuration parameter `libvirt/volume_use_multipath` in the `nova.conf` file for Compute nodes. According to our records, this should be resolved by openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-9.0.1-0.20181013060908.el7ost.  This build is available now.
