Description Paul DeStefano 2018-11-05 14:48:08 UTC
Description of problem:
Mising texlive package dependencies are notoriously hard to resolve, manually, since texlive sub-packages contents are often searchable using DNF. So, correct package dependencies is important.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
texlive-media9-svn47957-20.fc29.noarch

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  dnf install texlive-media9
2. texlive-ocgx2 doesn't install
3. try to build .tex with \usepackage{media9}

Actual results:
.tex gives error

Expected results:
no error

Additional info:
Or, at least expose the fact that texlive-ocgx2 contains ocgbase.sty so DNF can search for it.
