Please check appliance https://10.8.196.231/.
The dropdown field does not populate data .

It is still in need info so verifying using different dynamic dialog and method.


Created a dialog with dynamic dropdowns and create a button on service level using this dialog . 
Executed dialog from custom button . Dynamic elements are loaded from both OPS UI and SUI .
