CDI installation using manifest fails due to images not found
Version: kubevirt-cdi-manifests-1.3.0-2

Default manifest is using image names similar to following: cnv13-tech-preview/virt-cdi-controller:v1.3

Actual images seems to be accessible using names like: cnv-tech-preview/virt-cdi-controller:v1.3-1
