Building glibc versions with the O_TMPFILE backports fails with an io/tst-open-tmpfile on the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 kernels. Test output: error: openat (".", O_TMPFILE | O_RDWR): Permission denied This is kernel bug 1590228, but this is difficult to find, so I'm filing a glibc bug for this as well. (Builders on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 are not affected.)
