Description of problem:
Grafana does not require golang for it to function properly. This was also already removed in the rpms provided by the original Grafana developers.

Additional info:
This helps us get rid of the kernel-headers requirement which meant we had to rebuild the grafana image recently. It also makes the grafana containers significantly lighter.
