Description of problem:
Cannot rename pool (option is disabled)
Pool renaming should be allowed

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install ceph storage
2.Install "dashboard v2" by running ansible playbook
3.Login to dashboard after installation of dashboard v2
4.navigate to Pools page and create new pool.
5.After adding pool try to rename existing pool

Actual results:
Rename option is disabled

Expected results:
Pool renaming should be allowed
