Description mal 2000-08-17 22:32:33 UTC
I think
/etc/aliases misses this line:
mail: root

(exim is running as mail uid)

The others lines like
named: root
lp: root
news: root
nobody: root

also recommended to add to
/etc/aliases

(check /etc/passwd on what else makes sense to add)

This was already fixed a few minutes ago. I copied over the sendmail aliases
file, which is very lengthy. It should look exactly the same as the aliases file
included in sendmail.
