I ran into this issue while verifying

Run the following command to queue/generate service chargeback report through REST API.

The above request ends up creating 2 tasks - one to queue it and the other to actually generate the report, see below. However, the request returns the first (id 138) task that never gets set to "Finished". The second task (id 139) does get marked as "Finished"
