Description of problem:
system-config-users will not start under Wayland

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Version 1.3.8-6fc29

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install system-config-users
2. Restart PC
3. Click Users and Groups icon under Sundry

Actual results:
The application does not start. There are no error indications. If tried from command line the errors are: "No protocol specified", "system-config-users requires a currently running X server.", "GtkWarning: 'could not open display'"

Expected results:
Users and Groups window should open and be functional

Additional info:
Please. This is a really handy application; it would be great if it could work under Wayland.

This is still an issue with F30 as of the 0222 drop (Branched).

System-config-users will not start under Wayland in F30, but seems to be working fine in Rawhide (F31) drop 0711.

System-config-users will not start under Wayland in F30, but seems to be working fine in Rawhide (F31) drop 0711. This was reported to Hans in responce to his Fedora Planet article titled Wayland Itches.

System-config-users has been retired even though it was fixed and working under F31. This bug should be closed.

I think this bug should be closed. If I haven't heard different in a week, I will go ahead and close it.
