Since this is essentially a feature tracker bug, I'll remove the ITR.

Since the most part of this was actually done outside of this project I'm closing this bug as it does not track anything else any more.  Whatever needs to be done has (or will have) its own BZ and a tracker like this is just confusing for the whole workflow.
