Description of problem: There is recommendation for a separate /var/spool/squid filesystem which was introduced for Satellite 6.3 (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1615255). 
Shouldn't the same recommendation for /var/spool/squid as mentioned in the  bug also apply to the Capsule server?

Additional info:Add /var/spool/squid with at least 10G space requirement to the documentation for the capsule server as well

This issue is being closed to keep the number of issues in our inbox at a manageable level.
