Description Amar Tumballi 2018-11-19 03:29:52 UTC
Description of problem:
If glusterfs is used as a store for small files, then the overall performance would reduce a lot.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
<ALL>

Expected results:
As long as there is cache/memory, and all connections proper, the performance of gluster filesystem should be as close to local filesystem.

Additional info:
This is just a tracker for any performance issues (on I/O) on glusterfs. Keeping it here, so we can track all the known bugs and see if we are addressing all these properly.
