Description of problem:
=======================
In upstream OpenStack, we use the same version of the branchless octavia-tempest-plugin
to test all stable branches.

Promoting this branch to include the latest tests should benefit our stable branches quality.

According to our records, this should be resolved by python-octavia-tests-tempest-0.2.0-2.el7ost.  This build is available now.
