Description of problem: an attempt to install cutegram ends with the following error:


Error: 
 Problem: package cutegram-3.0-0.12gitbfdceb3.fc29.x86_64 requires telegramqml(x86-64), but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libqtelegram-ae.so.1()(64bit) needed by telegramqml-2.0.0-8.fc29.x86_64

the above-mentioned error

cutegram installed

su -c 'dnf --releasever 28 install cutegram' results with cutegram installed

Cutegram is dead. Please enable RPM Fusion repository and install telegram-desktop package instead.
